Recommend removing the 180m timeout for offers, it might be stopping offers building up for new users to trade with. People dont want to return to their computer every 3 hours, all day. If you can cancel it is not necessary anyway.

If there is no cex listing then you need more offers persisting so new users can instantly trade to synx to create an active market. If they download the wallet and there are no offers, then they might never try again.
