Privacy Policy — “We See Nothing” Edition

Last Updated: March 1, 2026  |  Effective Immediately

This is the entire privacy policy. It is short because we have nothing to disclose. We collect nothing. We store nothing. We transmit nothing. There is no fine print hiding a data harvesting clause because there is no data harvesting. Read it in two minutes and get on with your life.

1. What We Collect

Nothing.

The SynergyX Wallet is fully client-side software. It runs on your device, in your memory, under your operating system. We do not operate a central server. We do not run analytics. We do not embed telemetry. We do not deploy tracking pixels, fingerprinting scripts, session recorders, or any other surveillance apparatus.

Specifically, we do not collect:

  • Personal Information — No name, no email, no phone number, no address. We never ask. The wallet never prompts for it. There is no registration form because there is no registration.
  • Know-Your-Customer (KYC) Data — No government ID, no selfie, no proof of address, no social security number, no biometric data. The concept does not exist in our architecture.
  • IP Addresses — The daemon communicates peer-to-peer over encrypted channels. We do not log source IPs, destination IPs, or any network metadata. The wallet connects to your local daemon instance. Your daemon gossips with the P2P network directly. There is no SynergyX-operated relay, proxy, or analytics endpoint in the communication path.
  • Transaction Data — Your transactions live on the blockchain—a public, decentralized ledger. We do not maintain a separate database of transaction records. We do not correlate wallet addresses with identities because we do not have identities.
  • Usage Analytics — No Google Analytics. No Mixpanel. No Amplitude. No Segment. No Hotjar. No “anonymous usage statistics.” Anonymous usage statistics are a lie told by companies that want your data but not your suspicion. We skip both.
  • Crash Reports — The wallet does not phone home when it crashes. If it crashes, the error is in your local logs on your machine. We will never see it unless you voluntarily copy and paste it into a support channel.
  • Seed Phrases / Private Keys — Your 25-word seed phrase and SPHINCS+ private keys are generated locally, stored locally (encrypted via DPAPI/Keychain/AES-GCM depending on your OS), and never transmitted anywhere. We could not recover your keys if we wanted to. We do not want to.

2. What We Store

Nothing on our end.

The Wallet stores data locally on your device:

  • Encrypted wallet files (your keys, encrypted with your password via Argon2id + AES-256-GCM)
  • Local daemon blockchain data (same data every node on the network has)
  • User preferences (theme, language, display settings — stored locally, never exfiltrated)

We—the SynergyX project—have zero access to any of the above. There is no cloud sync. There is no remote backup. If your hard drive dies and you did not write down your seed phrase, your SYNX is gone. That is not a privacy bug. That is the privacy working.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your data with exactly zero third parties, because we possess exactly zero of your data. You cannot share what you do not have. This is not a legal technicality. It is an architectural fact.

There is no advertising network. There are no data brokers. There are no “trusted partners.” There is no subsidiary that handles “anonymized metrics.” The SynergyX project does not monetize user data because there is no user data to monetize.

4. Law Enforcement & Government Requests

In the event that any government, regulatory body, law enforcement agency, intelligence service, court, or any other authority issues a subpoena, warrant, national security letter, court order, or any other instrument demanding the production of user data, our response is as follows:

No user data exists to hand over.

This is not defiance. It is arithmetic. We cannot produce records that were never created. We cannot decrypt keys we never held. We cannot correlate identities we never collected. The architecture was designed this way from genesis block zero. There is no secret database. There is no shadow log. There is no engineer with a root password who can “just pull it up.”

We will comply with any lawful order to the extent we are able. Our ability is zero. We encourage any requesting authority to direct their inquiries to the relevant device owner, as all data pertaining to any specific wallet exists solely on that user’s hardware, under that user’s exclusive control.

5. Cookies & Browser Fingerprinting

The Wallet is a desktop application. It does not use cookies. It does not run in a browser. It does not have a browser extension version—and never will. Browser extensions are fingerprinting vectors: they leak extension lists, inject into page contexts, expose renderer metadata, and create unique signatures that ad networks and intelligence agencies use to correlate pseudonymous activity with real identities. We will not build one. If anyone claims to offer a “SynergyX browser extension,” it is not ours and you should treat it as malware.

The SynergyX website (synxcrypto.com) uses only strictly necessary session cookies for forum authentication if you choose to create a forum account. No tracking cookies. No third-party cookies. No cookie consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

6. Data Retention

Retention period for user data: N/A. Retention period implies prior collection. See Section 1.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent data protection frameworks, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, port, and restrict the processing of your personal data. These rights are automatically and perpetually satisfied by our architecture:

  • Right to Access: All your data is on your device. Access it anytime.
  • Right to Deletion: Delete the wallet. Delete the files. We have nothing to delete on our end.
  • Right to Portability: Your 25-word seed phrase is your portable data. Write it down. Take it anywhere.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: We do not process your data. Restriction is the default state.

You do not need to submit a DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) because there is no data subject file to access. If you email us asking for your data, we will politely inform you that we have none.

8. Children

The SynergyX Wallet is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone. See Section 1.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, it will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Given that our data collection practices are “none,” the scope for meaningful change is limited. If we ever start collecting data, we will have become something we set out to destroy, and you should stop using the product immediately.

10. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, you can reach us at @SynergyXlabs on Telegram. We will answer your question. We do not log your username, IP, message metadata, or timestamps. We scrub forwarded message headers before responding. We do not screenshot conversations. We do not feed support interactions into any CRM, ticketing system, or analytics pipeline. Telegram is an off-chain, off-record channel—and we treat it that way out of respect for privacy, not because anyone is making us.

We don’t know who you are. We don’t want to know.

If you leak your own seed, that’s on you.

If you’re paranoid enough to use SynergyX, you’re paranoid enough to like this policy.
