What does SYNX publicly specify, and what still needs measurement?
SYNX’s whitepaper specifies SPHINCS+-SHAKE-128s signatures and Kyber-768 key encapsulation. The pinned SPHINCS+ reference supplies raw parameter sizes, not SYNX release measurements.
